R U OK? The conversation that save lives!
Loneliness is becoming an epidemic. There is not a single person whose life has not been touched due to a loved one impacted by mental health challenges. This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and doing my bit to create a world where we're connected, protected and supported.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, (run, roll or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
