I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
I am also running a ruffle to donate to the proceeds to
R U OK as well.
By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.
Thank you so much.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

💛 Why We Should Be Asking “R U OK?” Every Day
Tuesday 9th SepThis message is very close to my heart. Too often, people think that R U OK? Day is the only time to check in on someone. But the truth is, we should be asking that question every single day.
Every day, loved ones, friends, colleagues — even strangers — may be silently struggling. Life can feel heavy, and sometimes just one simple question can make the biggest difference:
👉 “R U OK?”
It may seem small, but those three words could save a life. By asking, you’re letting someone know they’re seen, they’re heard, and they matter.
💛 Don’t wait for a special date on the calendar.
💛 Don’t assume someone else will ask.
💛 Don’t underestimate the power of your voice.
Together, we can break the silence and create a culture of care — where asking “R U OK?” becomes a natural, everyday act of kindness.
Because sometimes, that one question is all it takes to give someone the courage to open up, to share, and to know they’re not alone.
So today, and every day after, I encourage you to reach out. Ask the question. And really listen to the answer.
✨ You never know whose life you might touch — or even save — with those three simple words.
