I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

It’s cold!

Wednesday 3rd Jul
Guys, it’s July, it’s Melbourne, it’s freezing! I’m yet to do my Ks in anything above 8°C (it was 1° when I left the house to run yesterday morning) but if the funds I raise helps anyone to stop and think before making an irreversible decision then my discomfort has been worth it. 

Something interesting I saw on my run this evening: two guys transporting what looked like a king sized mattress down the street, one holding each end with a push bike holding it up in the middle. They were making decent time so I suspect they’ve done it before.
