This July, I’m taking on the K’s for R U OK? challenge to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Every day I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, jog,run, wheel or ride to help start more life-changing conversations.

The First RunMonday 4th Jul While on my first run for ksforruok (I do exercise regularly), it hit me that while I’m tired now as the days go by, the weeks and the month goes by. By the end it’ll get easier. A bit like our mental health if we push through today that tomorrow will be easier. If we see tomorrow as a new day and we talk about our feelings and thoughts and ask for help. The next day or week will be easier again. And by the end of the month we repeat these steps day after day like myself running 5 kms. It will all be easier.
