We're Clocking K’s for R U OK?
2022 will be a year Chelsea and Alyssa will never forget. On 12 May 2022, they had their beautiful and selfless mother ripped away from them as a result of suicide. No one knew Tash to be at such a low point that she saw no way out other than to take her own life. To start such life changing conversations and make people more self aware as to how many people are affected with mental illness, Alyssa and Chelsea have created a community called ‘Talk for Tash’.
This July, we're making a commitment to walk every day and clock our K’s for R U OK?
We're taking on the K’s for R U OK? challenge to stay connected, develop good habits, and create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Your support helps R U OK? to provide essential free resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia, and empower them to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling.
