This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.

Walking 100 km for R U OK & SUICIDE PREVENTION 😢

Monday 6th Oct

I had no hesitation in supporting this worthwhile cause by walking 100 kilometres to raise much needed funds to help people struggling with DEPRESSION and even worse SUICIDE! Sadly there are millions out there who suffer in silence and feel there is no way out of the dark hole. It’s ok to not be ok sometimes but, we must reach out and speak to someone because there is help available. This is why raising funds for this worthy cause is so important. I want to make a difference to someone’s life and if i can walk 100 kilometres to raise much needed funds I’m in 💯.

I set my GOAL at $500 but, have exceeded that amount and that’s thanks to all you amazing sponsors and your generous donations. I will not quit so, watch this space everyone! My aim is to excel to my best of my ability.
