Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, (run, roll or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.Β

3 Days To Go - Logging my KM's for the Month
Monday 29th Jul I've been slack updating my KM's for the month but have been back through and updated now. Happy to have made my target but more so enjoyed the connection in our Facebook group.
