This October, I’m joining R U OK? In the ever growing fund-raiser to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected each other from suicide. To many people have left us already. To many people have been left with the aftermath

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk 4kms at work everyday to help start more life-changing conversations.
