My 12hr Walk

Friday 3rd Oct
On October 4th I will be walking for 12 hours to see how many km’s I can clock in this time. I have invited my community to be apart of the movement and walk a lap or two with myself or friends and family, to raise awareness and encourage people to start a conversation and ask their loved ones “r u ok”?! 

This is being held on this date as it is my friend, Frankies, birthday who lost his life to suicide 16 years ago. Talking to your loved ones is so important, raising awareness for suicide prevention is the least we can do 🫶🏽

Mental Health is real AF

For me personally, I have decided to join the challenge to walk for Suicide Prevention after losing two beautiful souls to suicide. Will & Frankie. You both left a huge hole in all of our hearts when you left this world. 

Suffering from bad mental health is terrifying and bringing awareness to suicide prevention is so important. You are never ever alone in this world 🖤
