I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Just Breathe

There’s times when we forgot to think, forget to love, forget to care and forget to just breathe. 

Almost everything can shift with just a breathe. A second longer of thinking, caring or feeling can change your perspective and your outcome. 

There are people in this world that don’t mean well, but there’s a hell of a lot more that do mean well. I promise you they’re there!
