I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to continue the conversation,  those who know me know how much I value the strength of  reaching out.

Each week I'll be consistently clocking up k's on an assualt bike at a minimum 50km a week. No huge feat for some, but for this beverage loving individual it shall be a task

Back into it after my 7 off, keep in mind I always do a minimum 10k walking a day. Upwards of 15k at work. + Gym followed by my ks for R U OK.

Managed to hustle out another 12 today. It was leg day so pace was steady.
