I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

The reason I’m supporting RUOK is because mental health is a big part of my life. From having two mental illnesses myself, the struggles and challenges that come with it, the battles I’ve faced well still face. 
To being someone who will always be a listening, non judgmental ear to anyone in need. 
No one should ever feel alone, no one should ever feel like they have to carry the burden and weight themselves. 
So if I can walk and raise awareness then I’ll do just that.
