This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.


Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Hi , I need as many people to jump aboard my team.
I have a  severe respiratory disability and can’t even walk 100 metres without needing a rest.
But this is very close to my heart as I suffer with extreme depression and anxiety due to  trauma I have endured throughout my life…
So get on board… K’s for walk… and get about

I have Pulmonary fibrosis and widespread emphysema..
I can barely breathe, physically I cannot walk this distance but I still would love to raise money for this.
