I’m Clocking 90 K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Raising Awareness: Honoring Lives and Walking for Change

Did you know that every day in Australia, nine people lose their lives to suicide? These are heartbreaking statistics that remind us of the importance of mental health awareness, support, and compassion.

This October, I’ve committed to walking 90 kilometres—about 3 kilometres each day—to raise awareness and honour those affected by mental health struggles. Every step I take is a reminder of the lives lost and a call to action for more effective support systems and greater understanding.

Join me in spreading awareness, supporting mental health initiatives, and breaking the stigma around mental health issues. Together, we can make a difference—one step at a time.
