I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, run, ride to help start more life-changing conversations.

Between now September I, among 4 legged mates will be taking part in this year's R U OK? DAY. Daily progression will be uploaded via socials with the goal to reach 1000km by September 12th 2024, with fund raising goal set to $1000, so $1 per/km. I'm sure it sounds easier than it will be, but let's find out! Any form of support is appreciated 🙏 🐶😋
