I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

In Honour of those we have lost 💛

This September, I’ve set myself a goal to walk 200km in honour of the lives we have heartstakenly lost to suicide. 


Every step I take is for those who fought battles we couldn’t always see. I want them to know this:

✨ You were some of the strongest people I have ever known.

✨ Your life mattered and still matters.

✨ Your story continues in the hearts of those who love you.


Mental health is real. The struggles are real. Suicide doesn’t take away someone’s strength—it shows us how heavy the weight of the world can truly feel.


I walk to remember. I walk to honour. I walk because your lives will never be forgotten.
