It's Jacaranda Season!

Thursday 16th Oct

Today’s ride was 23kms, bringing the total to 138kms out of 180kms – so close to the finish line!

The Jacarandas were in full bloom, painting the path with purple petals and making the ride even more special. 🌸🚴‍♀️

Every kilometre is a reminder to check in with those around us. A simple “R U OK?” can make a big difference.

Monday 13th Oct

After a full day at work, I honestly didn’t feel like riding. But Jill showed up, and that changed everything. We pushed through together and clocked 22kms!

If it wasn’t for that little nudge from a mate, I would’ve skipped it. Sometimes, all it takes is someone by your side to keep you going.

Life is better on a bike – and even better with good company.

HALFWAY THERE

Thursday 9th Oct
Another 24kms in the bag, and I’ve officially hit the halfway mark – 93 out of 180kms for K’s for R U OK? This ride was all about soaking up Brisbane’s best bike paths. Honestly, how good are they? Smooth tracks, river breezes, and that skyline showing off as the sun goes down. We cruised along the river, crossed a few bridges, and even caught a CityCat gliding past – classic Bris Vegas vibes!
