I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Day 1

Thursday 2nd Oct
Completed day 1 as joined late on 1st. Over 10000 steps done today. 2km on the treadmill not bad time of 32 minutes. Then a further 4.5 km walked during the day. Happy with day 1 after no exercise for a while and still recovering post 7 months knee replacement.
